Kitchen installation: what it costs and how long it takes
Kitchen installation is what we do most, and it is what we are known for across Hertfordshire and Essex. We fit shaker, handleless and in-frame kitchens from every major supplier, and we manage the whole job so you are not chasing five different trades.
A kitchen install with us starts with a proper survey. We measure the room ourselves, check the floor levels, look at where the waste and services run, and flag anything that could hold the job up before a single unit is unwrapped. You then get a written quote with the work broken down line by line.
On site we strip out the old kitchen, make good the walls and floor, run any new electrics and plumbing through our qualified trades, then fit the carcasses dead level and scribe the worktops and end panels to the walls. Appliances are connected and tested, tiling and splashbacks go in, and the room is left decorated and clean.
Most kitchens take one to two weeks on site. We give you a day by day plan at the start so you know when you will be without a sink, when the worktop templater is coming and when you will be cooking again.
