Service
Flooring supplied and fitted: LVT, engineered wood and tile
A floor is only as good as what sits under it. We check subfloors, latex where needed and lay engineered wood, solid wood, LVT, laminate and tile so there is no movement, no lipping and no hollow spots.
We start by lifting the old covering and assessing the subfloor. Uneven concrete gets a self levelling compound, timber gets overboarded or screwed down, and damp readings are taken before anything is laid.
Expansion gaps, acclimatisation time and the right underlay all get respected, because those are the shortcuts that cause gapping and creaking later. Beading, thresholds and scribes around door linings are cut neatly, not caulked over.
We can lay to a single room or run one continuous floor through a whole ground floor as part of a wider renovation.
